Found it on the MLS! Funded the deal with PML and HML. The lot had an old home on it. We actually hauled the home away and someone rehabbed it, we call that upcycling!! We love it because it doesn't just get demolished and go in the landfill. Not all homes can be upcycled, in that case, we use a company that will demolish the home and recycles the content using zenrobotics at an 85% recycling rate. This home is new construction.
