We acquired this property from a wholesaler, it was a 4 bed 2 bath in one of the most sought after school districts in Ocala. Took 92 days from the day we signed the deed, until the day we put under contract. Called this the "smokehouse" since it had been smoked in for 30 yrs. Using an ozonics machine, continuous, for 2 weeks took the smell out. We learned that we should be present when picking out granite and that you can paint tile to save money.
