I sent this deal out to my VIP cash buyers list no one was interest at the price I had because it did have a mortgage. This was a tough deal to get sold because I was expecting to make $20k but had to continue to reduce my price because the house had a weird layout and everyone wanted to change the 2unit back to a SFH.
