Bought this property at auction, it was funded by private money. Repairs: Full paint inside and out, we renovated the bathrooms, all new lighting, and hardware. What was unique was that there were two dogs left in the garage and they defecated in there so we had a smell throughout the whole house. We had to use special paint, cleaning materials, and an Ozonator to get rid of the smell but were successful in doing so.
