This deal was from a divorced couple and they had to sell the house in a hurry. We were the first offer they had and they just went with us. This house ended up costing more than we anticipated but it was at the beginning of the pandemic and it sold for more than the comps. We tore out the shower and put in a new tiled shower, new vanities in both bathrooms, one bathroom we had the tub/shower refinished to look new. Kitchen needed new cabinets and counter done in granite, new floors through out the whole house and a few windows replaced due to the glass being scratched as if a steel wool went over it.
