We purchased the building through a real estate agent sold as-is. We financed the deal using the bank mortgage company for about 80%, and we were able to raise the rest of the capital. We made some repairs to the bathrooms and changed the carpet flooring to vinyl flooring. This was our first deal, and we are so excited to see what comes next. We were able to secure a renter for the location within a week of our renovations!
