We found this deal through an MLS listing. When we contacted the realtor the house was already under contract. The realtor called us a week later, the deal had fallen through, we gained her trust and confidence, the house was ours! We funded the deal with hard money. Repairs: The house was all original from the 80s! We removed wallpaper, knock on walls that divided the kitchen with the living room and dining area, added the Florida room into the main living space creating an open concept, new bathrooms, tile, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances, recess lighting in the kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom, new roof, baseboards, and paint inside and out. We learned to trust in our first instincts and to pay attention to finish details. The house took a little bit longer to sell because we had left something undone, we had to take the house off the market to complete the work.
