After successful negotiation, we purchased this property with a hard money loan and gap funding and quickly began to work on restoring this property. The entire subfloor and parts of the foundation were completely removed and rebuilt in order to repair the structure. We enhanced the layout of the first floor, creating an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. The exterior was completely redone with new vinyl siding, new roof, landscaping, and a asphalt driveway was installed. This home sold above asking to an FHA buyer.
