The owner was a tired landlord and did not want to make the necessary repairs to the home. We have a private money lender who we met at the Orlando bootcamp in 2019 was ready and willing to provide funding with us again. This home had septic and plumbing issues. It caused water damage to the floors, wet crawlspace and due to the leaks, it continuously filled up the septic tank and saturated the drain field. Once fixed, it resolved the issues. We updated the kitchen, bathroooms, flooring, and added a deck. Freestyle Property Solutions enjoys helping families and improving neighborhood as we did with this one.
