This was one of three properties we acquired as a portfolio package. We wholesaled the other two properties and used the proceeds together with a small PML temp loan to purchase this unit cash. We kept this property because it was the best cash flowing property for Section 8. Light level repairs and upgrades were done to bring up to Section 8 code.
