This deal was found off market and was originally a lead for a listing. I gathered some info about the property over the phone and quickly found the sellers motivation to sell fast and for cash. The property was in an excellent location, needed a ton of repairs and had the ROI I was looking for. We funded the down payment with hard money, private money lenders and our own capital. It was a total cosmetic rehab with some luxury finishes for the area. It was unique because it was a prime 3 bed 2 bath layout that had a new pool in the backyard built in 2018 and we made the backyard a huge selling point for the home.
