This deal was found on the MLS. We negotiated the price from $308 to $250. The back yard was an un-intentional blackberry bush farm. The owners used inside and out as their personal garbage dump. We completely gutted the house and replaced everything including having to level the floor as it was sinking an inch in some places. We used our money for the down payment and got a Hard Money loan for the rest.
