This deal was found on craigslist as a FSBO and other investors made offers but the seller sold to us at a lower price than other investors offered as Amanda built a great rapport with the seller. This was a HUGE rehab that took about a year. We almost doubled the square footage going from 887sf to 1593 sf and added a 2nd bathroom. What makes this unique is that separate from the profit, about $60k in Labor was paid out to our family in the deal (contractors) so our total family win is over $100k.
