I have been in the business of home building and land development for over 35 years. Holding a Brokers license and contractors licens for over 30 of those 35 years. My wife has been involved in decorating and remodeling all of her adult life. By all accounts we should have been experts at the art of Rehabbing, Remodeling & Sales and finance.
