Camp Lonehollow | 1010 Cooley Ln – Vanderpool, TX 78885
**From Houston or San Antonio, we would suggest not traveling on a route through Sabinal or Utopia as there has been quite a bit of rain and high water in some areas.
From the San Antonio Airport:
Take 410 West (right) to I-10 West (right) out of San Antonio
Take Hwy 46 West (left) in Boerne
Take Hwy 16 West (right) through Bandera to Medina
Take FM 337 West (left) out of Medina
Take Hwy 187 South (left)
Take 187 for two miles to the Lonehollow entrance on the left
From Houston:
Take I-10 West towards San Antonio
Take a right on 1604 around San Antonio
Take a right on to Hwy 16 towards Bandera and Medina
In Medina, Take a left on to FM 337
Take a left on Hwy 187 (south)
Camp Entrance is two miles on your left.
From Austin:
Take I-35 South and merge onto US-290 using Exit 230
Turn left on TX-16 and follow to Kerrville (about 25 miles)
Take TX- 173 out of Kerrville towards Bandera
Make a right off of TX- 173 onto FM 2828 towards Medina
Take a right on Hwy 16 (FM 2828 dead ends)
Take Hwy 16 through Medina
Take FM 337 West (left) out of Medina
Take Hwy 187 South (left)
Take 187 for two miles to the Lonehollow entrance on the left
From Dallas:
Take I-35 South to Austin
Follow Austin Directions
From Hunt:
Take Hwy 39 South
Take 187 South (left) through Vanderpool
Lonehollow is 2 miles past Vanderpool on the left
From Kerrville:
Take TX- 173 out of Kerrville towards Bandera
Make a right off of TX- 173 onto FM 2828 towards Medina
Take a right on Hwy 16 (FM 2828 dead ends)
Take Hwy 16 through Medina
Take FM 337 West (left) out of Medina
Take Hwy 187 South (left)
Take 187 for two miles to the Lonehollow entrance on the left
