This victory had many obstacles in the beginning. After getting our first deal from auction.com, we tried to collect the money required to buy the house. First, we sought out the help of a bank. The bank gave us the loan, but, unfortunately, we realized we could not do an appraisal on the house and the bank could not finance it for that reason only a week before the closing. After that, we tried to get a hard money lender, but the lender committed fraud with us. We had to collect the required money within the next 48 hours, which we did from personal connections. Next, we continued the house renovations and finished within three and a half months. The house sold in the first showing on the first day it was listed. This rocky start to our business did not deter us from achieving our end goal. Instead, it motivated us.
