CAW! Rex and I have been FB Mastery students since the end of June of this year. Since then, we have been very busy: We decided on two business names; We established addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and resident agents for both entities; We set up both LLC's (Home Overhaul for flipping and wholesaling and Homebuying Mangagement Group for passive income properties/strategies); We purchased domain names and set up email accounts for both businesses; We went "driving for dollars" and also purchased a list of vacant properties in our area from The Wholesalers Toolbox; We started a direct mail campaign targeting these vacant properties; We set up a separate phone line for our direct mail strategy; We had logos created for both businesses; We set up a website for Home Overhaul LLC (the Homebuying Management Group website will be completed by tomorrow morning); We made wonderful contacts at NYREIA meetings; and we have targeted a property on which we will soon make an offer. We can now mark these items off our checklist, but there are many more to go! Rex and I have a few things in progress, so you will hear about them soon. Until then, WE CELEBRATE!
