Type(s) of Victory: Reached a business goal

We just secured a $1 million business line of credit from Metro Phoenix Bank. Metro Phoenix is a small commercial bank in Phoenix AZ. How did I get this done? I happened to know the Chairman of the Board through my mortgage business. I gave him a call and he set up a meeting for us to present our business with the CEO, Chief Credit officer and himself. We followed the plan exactly as Paul Esajian outlined in his “Raising capital leveraging Small Community Banks” session at Ignite in December 2016. We walked out of that session excited and thinking that if Paul, Than and JD could do this when they first started, we can do it too! My wife, Belen, created a compelling and polished business line of credit presentation which delineated our goals, business target state model, process and real examples of the rehabs that we completed last year including many pictures since Paul mentioned the bank executives were very partial to his photos. It worked; we just received our $1 million approval letter. Thanks to Fortune Builders, our coach Jamie Saunders and Paul for providing guidance and tactics to go out and execute the plan to garner success!

Shout Outs & Testimonials

Paul Esajian's presentation at Ignite 2016 was the catalyst for us to seek out the right bank to obtain our business line of credit. If you follow Paul's instruction to the "T" you will succeed in acquiring the business line of credit you need to move your business forward.
