No money down no expenses. This deal was all about my boyfriend's house for sale! The staging and the renovation was so awesome that the cash buyer wanted to stop the Open House! We couldn't and there was 20 persons waiting for the doors to open on Sunday! Sold in 3 days at almost the asking price! One woman was about to cry for arriving too late! My boyfriend provided all the money expenses.We refinished the cabinets, had granite put in the kitchen, remove carpets in bathrooms, had the house painted and carpets cleaned.
